What we collect
When you request a quote we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the property postcode, the type of property, and any message you add. We also receive the address of the page you sent the form from.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you book. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.
How the form works
The quote form is delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form handling service. Your enquiry passes through their service in order to reach us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just reply to any email we have sent you, or contact us through the form.
